Chibify.app is an AI-powered service that transforms photos into chibi-style artwork. Our service includes:

• AI conversion of uploaded images into chibi-style art
• Providing processed images for download
• Optional background removal for transparent PNGs
• Generation history for registered users

3. User Content and Rights

You retain full ownership of any images you upload.

You grant us a limited licence to process your images solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for having the rights to any images you upload.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Uploading images that violate laws or regulations
• Processing harmful, threatening or offensive content
• Generating spam or unsolicited communications
• Infringing on intellectual-property rights
• Attempting to disrupt or harm the Service

5. Payment Terms

The Service operates on a credit system. Each generation consumes credits.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.

Credits are generally non-refundable once used.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Results may vary based on the quality and content of the input image.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Chibify.app be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service.
